Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Jumpr is free and open source. Its code is licensed under the MIT License. These terms are a contract between you and BaggaDonuts LLC, the company that makes Jumpr. They cover this website and the copy of Jumpr we distribute, and say what we promise and what we do not promise.

1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

1.1 The contracting party. “We”, “us” and “Jumpr” mean BaggaDonuts LLC, a California limited liability company, 1187 N Willow Ave #103-815, Clovis, CA 93611, United States. Jumpr is our product name.

1.2 How you accept. You accept these terms when you use this website or download or use the copy of Jumpr we distribute. If you do not agree, do not use them. These terms and the Privacy Policy are always available on this site.

1.3 Age and authority. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.

2. The software and its license

2.1 MIT License. Jumpr’s source code is licensed under the MIT License. The MIT License governs the software: what you may do with the code and the app, including using, copying, changing and sharing it.

2.2 What these terms cover. These terms govern this website and the download we distribute. They do not take away any right the MIT License gives you. If these terms and the MIT License conflict about the software, the MIT License controls.

2.3 Free. Jumpr costs nothing. There is no account and nothing to unlock.

3. The Accessibility permission

Jumpr asks for the macOS Accessibility permission. It uses it to find the buttons, links, icons and menus on your displays, and to click the one whose label you type. What it reads stays on your Mac. The Privacy Policy has the details.

4. Updates

Jumpr checks for updates once a day and offers them to you; you choose whether to install. You can turn the check off in Settings. We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We have no obligation to keep any particular feature available, but we will tell you in the release notes when we remove one.

5. Jumpr clicks for you: your responsibilities

Jumpr clicks the thing whose label you type, with the same effect as clicking it yourself. You are responsible for what you click with it. A click that sends or deletes something cannot be undone by us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app or this website to:

7. Support

Support is best effort. Please report bugs and ask questions in GitHub issues. We read what you post, but we do not promise a response time.

8. Ownership and open source

8.1 The name. The Jumpr name and this website are owned by BaggaDonuts LLC. The MIT License covers the code, not the right to present your own version as ours.

8.2 Open-source components. The app includes open-source components from others. Their licenses govern those components.

8.3 Feedback. If you send us suggestions, you agree we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, work with every app, run without interruption or error, or be free of harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business or business interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we were advised of the possibility; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to the app, this website or these terms is limited to fifty US dollars (US$50). These limits apply together and are an essential basis of our bargain. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Your indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless BaggaDonuts LLC and its members, managers and contractors from any third-party claim, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of law or of anyone’s rights. We will notify you of such a claim and may take over its defense at our own expense; you may not settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our written consent. This section does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these terms, and it does not apply where the law of your country does not allow a consumer to give such an indemnity.

12. Term

12.1 Term. These terms apply from the moment you accept them until you stop using this website and the copy of Jumpr we distribute. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.

12.2 Survival. Sections 5 and 8 to 16 survive the end of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the product or the law changes. We post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and we note material changes in the release notes. Changes do not apply retroactively.

14. Governing law and disputes

14.1 Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

14.2 Talk to us first. Before starting a formal proceeding, open an issue on GitHub describing the problem and what you would like us to do, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Issues are public, so leave personal details out; we will arrange a private way to continue. We will do the same before bringing a claim against you.

14.3 Courts. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead. Section 15 explains when you may sue where you live instead.

15. Consumer rights we cannot take away

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia or another place whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, nothing in these terms limits those rights, including statutory guarantees, your rights on faulty digital content, and your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live and under its mandatory consumer law. Where a section of these terms conflicts with such a right, the right prevails and the section applies only to the extent the law allows.

16. General

16.1 Entire agreement. These terms, the MIT License for the software, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app and this website, and replace any earlier terms.

16.2 Severability and waiver. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable part is replaced by an enforceable one that comes as close as possible to its intent. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

16.3 Assignment. We may assign these terms to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all of our assets or of the Jumpr product; we will say so on this site or in the release notes.

16.4 Export and sanctions. You may not use or export the app in violation of United States export laws or sanctions, and you confirm that you are not located in, and are not a national of, a country or on a list that those laws prohibit us from dealing with.

16.5 Notices. We post notices on this site or in the release notes. You send notices to the address in section 18.

16.6 No third-party beneficiaries. These terms give no rights to anyone other than you and us.
